<p>It&#8217;s simple but true, if you commit to making some changes in your daily habits, rather than going on exotic starvation diets can lead to quick weight loss.</p>
<p>Remember, the total calories you consume over a 24-hour period or during  a week is what causes weight loss or weight gain; what time you eat them doesn&#8217;t matter.   </p>
<p>Eat when you&#8217;re hungry, not when the clock says it&#8217;s time to eat, but be sure to eat sensible portions.  A rule of thumb; it if will not fit in the palm of your hand it is too much food! </p>
<p>Dieting with a friend makes weight loss easier; you and your friend can help keep each other motivated.  </p>

<p>Be sure to eat healthy fats such as olive oil and coconut oil.  Healthy fats will keep you feeling full longer and you will eat less.  However, s likely to fight off hunger the longest are protein foods, followed by carbohydrates, then fats.</p>
